I suggest that employees have their own elevator. I believe they deserve to have all tools necessary. When heading to the elevator, one of the managers pulled out a lady to lend me the space. Although the geste is appreciated, I prefer they can move freely and timely with their own one.

Our family loved this place. The facility is very nice, albeit smaller than the big American brands. The services from the bellhop to the kitchen staff who heated our leftovers are far superior to any place we've experienced anywhere. The staff seemed to pride in their work. They were very accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean, including the bathroom. For the first time in my travel, I didn't feel the need to wipe and mop everything down after my initial inspection. The smaller details such as the chair with ottoman and focused reading lights enhanced our enjoyment of our room. More than enough towels. Water pressure is good. It was a business trip made with family and the nice desk was appreciated as well as the extra chair and water heater for our tea. Overall impression: It must be the management who runs this tight ship.

Very nice indeed.
Tried the Mercury Inn restaurant and loved it. We went for lunch. Very inviting to see beautifully set tables with full service tableware. No buffet at lunchtime on the day we went. Good menu. I tried Fillet Mignon which was excellent. (I asked the rice to be exchanged for fries ). Cooked the way way I requested and accompanied by red wine gravy, mushrooms and nicely cooked crisp vegetables (plus the fries) and garnish, it was excellent.
I would have paid more for this dish.

Service was excellent and our waiter was friendly, helpful and professional .

Amazing Hotel! Everyone is amazing kind. The concierge Abraham was excellent during my stay. Always helping me with my wheelchair or walking from my room to the vehicle' going above and beyond his job.
I had surgery and a 3 week recovery' this hotel had everything I needed and overcame my expectations. Perfect clean rooms/ handicap accessible bedrooms if needed. Mini fridges upon request.

Stayed 3 nights with No problem, left for three nights and decided to stay here again another night.. worst night ever ac was not working temp was st 77°, at 2am they checked ac and decided to move us to another room.... felt like it was cooling a bit....5am comes are and same thing... temp did not go lower than 77°.... at this point they said they couldn't do aything...... said they they could switch us again for another room at the full cost .....

Went there for breakfast with two old friends, on Sunday, January 3rd, 2021.
We are all in good health.
We took all the precautions necessary, but we were unaware that restaurants are not opening on weekends.

The hotel restaurant was closed and only had take-out, however, before we left, the Maitre'd offered us a small conference room, downstairs, so we could dine. We accepted, at no extra cost.

Meeting room was for us three and we were served a full breakfast with waiters. All went well and was safe. Very private. We were there for 3 hours approximately.

Since I was visiting the city, I would not have the opportunity to see my friends again, for a long time. The action by the Maitre'd saved the morning.

Great experience and staff very nice, also the place is looking clean always, pretty nice little pool.
