Price was a bit high compared to the quality offered. They serve breakfast: eggs, fruit, cereal, juice, etc. They are located on the highway, so it was convenient for me, since I just needed to sleep and go in the morning. It was an OK experience.

Floor wasn't clean. Air conditioning unit powered off twice (needed resetting) on a particularly hot night. Leak flooded bathroom floor and there were no other rooms available until the following day. In the morning, the hotel ran out of water. Husband had to rinse off with bottled water.

Very comfortable, people is so nice, it's near from down town, it's clean.

Only attended the meetings room. It was all clean and nice, maybe a little small. The overall experience was good.

Is one of the best hotels here in Qro, the place itself is comfortable and its at a very good location because is closer to industrial zone and the center of the city

I would have given you guys 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that you accidentally activated the fire alarm at 5am when we stayed there ????
