Overall great, clean and well located hotel. Quite small, but the location makes you ready to be out and about all day exploring the city square and surroundings in no time. One star penalty for advertising free breakfast (online and at front desk) and only letting us know it's not currently available when we were ready to sit down at their cafeteria.

Great stay in Centro Queretaro. What I specifically liked was the simple-ness of the room and bathroom.. clean, minimal and spacious. And the ease of hot water.

And yes believe me when I say this is where you want to stay if you intend to stay in Queretaro Centro.

The staff were super helpful. I was travelling on a small motorcycle and they were very accommodative. The room was bright, fresh, clean, modern. Pretty good location too.

Room was good. Buy price of the room changed Every minute. We couldnt make a booking bij booking.com. the receptionist wasnt very helpfull. in one Day the price almost dobled.

I stayed here for a few nights with my partner as part of a vacation and could not be more pleased. This is a really good hub for your activities in the city, located in the historic center. All the sites and areas are within a few blocks, walking, or a short ride away. The multilingual staff had great suggestions for shopping, events, dining, historic sites, etc. We mostly ate out, but the food here is good, too. This hotel is new and the attention to design, detail, and service is exceptional. Special. Charming. Boutique hotels like this are my preference for lodging because of the personal touch and their complete contrast with big hotels. The owners are the operators and hand-crafted the whole place. I talked to them about their experiences working or living in Belgium, Spain, Canada, New Zealand, and all over Mexico. I’m glad they settled down to establish this place. I have lived abroad and travel a ton, globally—business and personal—and I appreciated this hotel at a deep level. I’ll be back.
