It was a coincidence that we had to stay at this hotel and we are extremely grateful that we did. Aspeytia has the best team in place. I say grateful because we couldn't have asked for the best and friendliest personel. They welcome and treat you like family, make you feel at home and safe! I want to take a moment to say Thank you to the team that goes beyond their duties to help in any way possible (Miguel, Sergio, Yasmin, Cecy, Edgar, Miriam and Juan Jose) Muchas Gracias!

The rooftop restaurant is the best place to enjoy a glass of local wine, while enjoying the amazing views. Delicious breakfast and amazing coffee too.

This is not Italian restaurant! If you are looking for Italian cuisine just avoid this place.
All dishes we took were tasteless

Nice place in the center of town. A little bit noisy at night due to the clubs around. The room is not heated, but does not get too cold during the winter. It is priced right for the location. Walking distance to the whole "Centro". Breakfast is very good and included.

Okeish place, bedrooms could use some refurbishing. Very nice terrace, but hidious/rude host at the entrance, really destroyed the experience

Very comfortable spaces and a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel staff is very helpful and the room was quiet too.

Queretaro downtown hotel in a 18th century house. Close to everything. Excelente staff service, comfortable rooms, beautiful hotel in a terraza for taking breakfast, lunch and dinner.
