I use to work for a French Chef. This restaurant is hands down one of the best I have ever eaten at! The food is absolutely amazing

So expensive. They served me salmon that was half frozen. I asked for the wine on the board that was 120mx and they served us two glasses and then when we got the bill each glass was 400mx (that’s crazy) and yes the service was slow and we felt manipulated. It was kinda crazy and the food was bleh.

After yesterday's great breakfast, today we returned to Chez Julien's for his prix fix lunch or as it is called here in Mexico, comida. La comida includes 3 or 4 courses and is always economical. Chez Julien's, in keeping with Mexican tradition, offers a 3- course comida beginning at 1 pm to about 6 pm for 99 p - about 5.50 USD. And trust me, it is very special. Today we enjoyed a delicate 4-cheese soup topped with a crouton and amaranth sprouts. Next came an Argentine sausage with fingerling potatoes and roasted heirloom tomatoes served with a light sauce and accompanied by French bread and green olives. It put me in the south of France. You can even get a pichet (caraf) of house wine just like in France. Dessert was a refreshing sorbet with a chocolate truffle rolled in nuts. Linen table cloths and napkins, a full bar and first class service - How does it get any better than this? Add homemade waffles with honey and bacon, Croque Madam or Croque Monsieur for breakfast, a fine dinner menu at reasonable prices and you have an extraordinary value, a restaurant to prize right here in the heart of Centro Historico.

Classy little bistro in a quiet corner of QRO centro district. Nice dishes and good presentation though not over the top.

Loses a star because they did not bring a glass of water; they made us order water which they brought in a small bottle and charged 25 pesos for. This is sadly common in Mexico but unacceptable to make people pay for water in a restaurant. People should not have to ask.

It’s euro with each course brought our separately at a nice pace. Dishes were moderate in size but filling. Everything was delicious. Prices were higher than normal Mexican Faire, but not crazy.

Place is so pretty and comfortable, sadly the service was extremely slow. Waitresses apologized to me and my friends like 5 times. Food was cold, but tasty. It's also expensive.
