My stay was great with excellent facilities availaible such as wheel chair accessible throughout the property.

The room is spacious and was being cleaned everyday.

The swimming pool needs some repair done as the tiles are coming off on the bottom of the pool. The service in the restaurant was also slow at night.

Great location and enjoy the amenities of the hotel provided.

Stayed three nights in June 2022 for vacation. Hotel / rooms are a bit dated in design but spacious and clean. Housekeeping service / cleaning is very good. Hotel and it’s facilities are 100% wheelchair accessible and accessible rooms are, too. Only the toilet in the accessible room is put in an odd manner which makes it difficult to access in a wheelchair. Water in the shower is sort of weak and takes long to get cold or warm. Breakfast a la carte or buffet I good. Decent sized pool.

Me and my wife went there for our anniversary and we really enjoyed. Very clean rooms, really nice place to stay, really helpful staff, We highly recommend this place. We're thinking to go back again soon.

Excellent stay, Top quality service. Delicious breakfast. Francisco and Nestor went out if their way to make our meals much mire than delicious, a quite pleasant experience.

Wonderful relaxing time with very good food and even better staff interactions. Gorgeous setting in an old hacienda and much thanks to Santiago at the reception desk who worked hard to accommodate our traveling needs

This is a classy Mexican Hacienda hotel… Rooms are nice and spacious…. Restaurants are amazing… Love the hotel amenities (pool, horseback riding, playgrounds, gardens and more)… Very competitive prices!

Such a lovely place! It’s a nice hotel to spend some time in, there are horses, play areas for the kids, pools, bar and restaurant, and a library. The property is pretty and worth staying in at least a day. Sunday brunch is very popular and very much worth it, it’s a buffet style but you can finds pretty much anything. The best part are the freshly made blue tortillas and sopes. Worth the visit, but make sure you check the weather! It goes from very very cold to very warm from I e day to another.
