Nice it's right next to a great mall. Great people. Breakfast is somewhat slow, but really good. Rooms are nice and clean. Views are awesome. Fitness center and pool are great

Cleaning and maintenance are very poor. Had to be changed with my family to another room since the beds were made but apparently they never changed the bed sheets from prior guests. Both beds were full of hairs.

It is a shame since the location it is really good being so close to the shopping mall and everything.

Customer service is none existent at this place. At the checkout asked for my bill a few times but the front desk insisted that they will email it to me. A few days go by and no invoice bill was sent. Called the hotel and asked for a bill, person answering the phone "found my reservation and said will email it to me". Couple days later still no bill. Called again same thing happened. After calling 7 times I still do not have a bill and have no idea what the charges were for. At this point they just answer the phone and put me on indefinite hold. If you travel for business and need your invoice for expense reports do yourself a favor and insist on the invoice at the checkout as this hotel does not post invoices electronically and definitely do not care to help you get it. As a Gold Elite member of Bonvoy Marriott you would think you get a little better treatment but you will be absolutely wrong.

This hotel clearly does not follow safety protocols or cleanliness during COVID-19! I checked into this hotel and the first room was dirty, it also had a broken TV! They later moved me to a different room which was a suite, and I could not believe how filthy this room was! I called downstairs to have the representative come up and they were making excuses and telling me that the room was indeed cleaned because it was inspected by a manager! The representative also stated they don’t clean their room floor with products because it may damage their floors that they only vacuum tile floors! This is definitely not OKAY! I pointed out how disgusting the room was and also showed them and how dangerous this is as this is a Hotel where travelers from all over the world are coming and going, they seriously need to take this cleanliness serious! I’m attaching photos of the second room they provided me! I am attaching photos that I sent to the hotel and I was told a manager would call me to talk about the situation and nobody from the hotel contacted me nor took me serious! So for all of you who want to stay in this property you may want to reconsider!

Apart from being an exceptional hotel that is located across the street from an upscale mall that has fabulous restaurants. Service was Fantastic, I called room service one evening expected my item to be delivered in 30 minutes, to my surprise response was almost instantaneous!
I also would like to give a HUGE thank you to Carlos Lopez front desk/lost u0026 found
I left my wedding ring when we checked out, when I called the hotel Carlos was able to locate my ring!!! It is safely on my finger back in Phoenix Arizona

A modern, functional hotel, good for solo, business travel or families with older children. It has only one restaurant and bar, but it does offer room service, which is a plus. There is no staff at the front door or valet so don’t expect he’ll with your luggage or car.

Rooms are modern and well appointed with basic toiletries.

Being in front of a large nice mall makes it practical when visiting town. Having a car is a must.

Of the Marriott hotels in Querétaro it is one for the most rundown. It has stains all over the floors the staff is not great. I asked for more towels twice still no towels. For the cost stay at the 4 points or courtyard you will be much happier and better cleaner hotel.
