I stayed here for a business trip to Querétaro. This is a great hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was so helpful and attentive! The restaurant on site was very convenient for easy breakfast and meals. I hope to return some day.

Really cute hotel. Great place to stay with kids. Lovely pool with food service and a playground and grass field for the kids. Will come again.

I really like this hotel. Very nice and comfortable.....the pool is lovely and warm. The only thing I dont like it that on the weekends the pool is too busy.....the hotel has great service....the pool however is serviced by the restaurant....and the service can be a bit spotty.

Clean room on very quiet, well-landscaped grounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, linens smelled great, extra pillows and a huge TV. We'll stay again. I misjudged this place from the street, BTW. Once you are actually in front of reception you then can start to get a real sense if the place.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is very nice. Peaceful! Staff are great! Rooms are clean comfortable. Only negative I will say is that the WIFI is very spotty in the rooms and I have not been able to work well once I get back to the room. Must be so I can spend time sunning by the pool.

It’s amenities are wonderful! The warm climate pool, the green grounds. The staff at the desk is extremely courteous and friendly. It’s pet friendly and it has a nice restaurant!
