Modern clean rooms. Not fancy but very clean and up to date. Big desk to work at. Two nice reasonable restaurants right by hotel. I went to the Italian restaurant and the pizza was outstanding. There is a guard booth at the entrance drive to the hotel.

Location is good, it's like $40 pesos in ubee from bus station. The hotel is not luxurious but rooms are very comfy, nice and quiet. I had a very good sleep that night. Also breakfast is very good, I enjoyed a lot. I think is one of the best breakfast-included I ever had. Also price is very good for the quality of the hotel.

My one and only complaint is that The tv's in the room was blurry and would probably be better if they would get newer and/or bigger Tv's other then that everything is great I loved and enjoyed my stay at the confort Inn.

Good hotel for family and business. Good location 15 minutes walking from downtown. Breakfast is very good. Nearby there are many places for eating and convenient stores. Hotel is in good condition (renovated from a previous hotel) and it is very good. Good free parking lot. Small swimming pool good for children.

We spent three nights here while visiting in and around Queretaro. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay, the staff were uniformly helpful and friendly - note to management; hang on to these people. Special thanks to Parish (Carlos).

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were complete and delicious. The parking was very secure. There were several good restaurants within walking distance so that was convenient.

The only problem we had was finding the hotel; it wasn't listed as Comfort Inn in our Tom Tom GPS but as Casa Blanca and the address in out GPS was way off so be sure you look on the map and rely on that - its worth finding!
