Hotel was ok. With a tagline of city view they offered me a room in ground floor with almost dark walls around. Be careful if you are booking a room the numbers start bottom up.. for eg 500 is ground floor and 100 is top floor. Otherwise the amenities were ok.

Interesting architecture since you start on the top floor and take the elevator down instead of up, which the first time was a little strange. The gym is a joke and should be refurbished or replaced completely.

Great hotel and services. Came here after a wedding with a few guests and had food provided untill 11pm and drinks until 1am. Staff were great and looked after us. The hotel is beautifully located with views over Quertero city. I loved seeing everything in daylight but the city at night was in my opinion a better sight. We did not use the pool facilities as we were only there one night but it looked clear and clean and not overcrowded. Rooms were clean and sanitised. Large bathroom with walk in shower and a large sink and mirror. Room was not crowded at all. Downsides were the fridge making lots of noise so we unplugged it as empty and the shower leaked into the bathroom alot, however we had an excess of towels so it did not cause a problem. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. We managed to seat 11 together arriving at intervals. Lots of selection of breakfast tacos, quesadillas, fruit, soup, breads yogurt and much more. Coffee and fruit juices were also included as a help yourself.

i arrived at hotel and was greeted very warmly by staff at front desk. no problems checking in or out. the room was very clean and comfortable bathroom spotless.the meals were great ate breakfast lunch and dinner in the restaurant almost everyday.stayed 14 days and night felt like i was very relaxed.rodrigo vanessa and victor in restaurant were excellent.look forward to staying there again someday.

Beautiful modern hotel with exceptional view of the city. Clean, updated design that is eco friendly and comfortable stay. Far from the downtown but easy to access using ride share services. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Querètaro again.

Nothing special. Try to be upper class but fail miserably. At the end it is a holiday inn
