This hotel room was gross. Threadbare sheets, carpet that was disgusting. Only redeeming factor was shower and bathroom was nice. Hot hot. The phone and coffee maker had so much dust that i couldn’t believe it. So coffee out of question. We were so tired we abided it. Everyone else seemed happy we must have gotten the worst room available. No way it meets Covid cleaning mandates despite mandatory mask policy in lobby. I did have two badly needed outstanding margaritas. Service was excellent otherwise

All of the staff knows me by name and greet me warmly every day. They show genuine concern and anticipate my needs and deliver without fail. I have watched as staff are brought in and trained and quickly assimilate and deliver excellent service.

I’m glad I was asked to share my experience because I wanted to give a shout out about my experience with your hotel here. Keep it up as it seems to be busy and more events and all of it runs seamlessly. Very professional hotel that delivers, thank you.

From the moment I checked in, which was dealt with professionally and with minimal fuss, I felt really relaxed and 'at home' here. The Bedroom I reserved was so big, and roomy, with a large powerful shower and separate sink area. The bed was what I had come to expect from C.P Hotels, with pillow choice and comfortable mattress. The view from my room was awesome, floor to ceiling windows helped with that. The hotel was very quiet which as a business traveller I really appreciate. The whole experience was faultless. My only disappointment was that I wasn't there longer.

While on a vacation trip, my wife and I stayed here and were truly impressed with the quality of hotel, friendliness of the staff, amenities in our room and the view of the city! We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a treat in our room the night of our anniversary! Picture attached.

The staff at the front desk and in the dining room went out of their way to help us and to ensure our questions were answered and needs met. My wife would like to go back there again so we can spend even more time in Queretaro.

Hotel is a great hotel with a fantastic view of the city. First time I have experienced any issues with this hotel. The room air conditioner didn’t work and the room got up to 81 degrees. Contacted the front desk manager and he was able to get maintenance to fix it. Worked fine after that. During the night while trying to sleep there was what sounded like someone over my room (I was on top floor) dropping tools or something for about 2 hrs. I finally had enough realizing it wasn’t going to stop so I called the front desk at 1:00am and asked what was going on over my room. He said there was nobody working at that hour and said he would check into it. After 5 min the noise stopped and did not return. No explanation as to what it might have been. Like I said before this is the first time I have had any problems. Great hotel and staff is excellent.

Hotel has a great location. You can see most of the city from your room. It is very clean and well maintained. All the staff are professional and most can speak some English. I had some issues with my cad letting me in the room and one of the staff was very fast to help me with it. Turned out it was my mistake putting the card in the wrong direction. The staff member smiled and said they were happy they could help.

The hotel offers many really nice amenities. The location is near many attractions, a few km to a nice Mall, historic downtown, and the historic aqueduct. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast had an excellent buffet, made to order eggs (American), and traditional Mexican breakfast made to order as well. Nice location I’ll stay here again
