We visited Queretaro with my husband and 2 kids for one of our dear friend's family event. This hotel did not disappoint. Checked in was smooth and fast, hotel is clean and located in a very centric area of Queretaro ( tip: if you want to experience amazing tacos just across the street are tacos El Pata) surrounded by malls, stores, pharmacies, etc. Our room was spacious for 4 people and clean, staff was friendly and polite. My fiancee had an amazing time at the bar where he made friends and met great people. Their buffets are full of variety and the plates they have for the 24 hour room service were pretty tasty ( my kids loved their 4 cheese pizza). Overall we enjoyed our stay there, if I can some feedback to make it better is to make the queen beds bigger ( American standard) my kids slept comfortably on theirs but me and my husband were a little tight, mainly because he's tall and bigger. We had an early flight so i asked front desk to give us a call to wake us up and order us a taxi fir the airport, they were right on time when they called us and when we checked out they had the taxi already waiting for us outside the hotel. We will definitely come back in our next trip.

This is an awesome place to be close to the city. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and so good! The pool was beautiful. Thank y’all

Beautiful courtyard, enjoyed sun, drinks and dinner here for work. Had the empanadas which were deliciously filled, green sauce (chimichurri I believe) was so flavorful. The steak was just okay, again the sauce was best part. Nice presentation, friendly staff.

The exterior of the property doesn't do it justice. This is actually a very nice hotel with generous sized bathroom, great French amenities, comfortable beds, a nice gym, and pool. The breakfast is also nothing short of incredible! The location next to a mall is also great. Room style is a bit dated, but not a bad choice overall.

I visited the hotel for a professional event so I cannot give an opinion about the rooms and amenities. The hotel has self parking lot and valet parking in case you feel like it. The place had enough space for meetings or conferences Restrooms available close to the conference place. The food was good we had a buffet. It is a good place for a professional event.

My favorite hotel in Queretaro .
It s about 40-45 min far away from the airport.
The breakfast is pretty decent and tasty.
Rooms are clean and my bed was pretty cozy . It’s a good hotel for a short business trip .

All is spotless and luxurious, but I didn't like the attitude of the staff at the reception towards people with disabilities when checking-out. I was sitting at the hall with my family watching an elderly gentleman, with his wife, trying to get up from his wheelchair, and his elderly wife trying to lift him off, struggling, next to the *customer service table (with 2 of the staff at the table) and nobody assessed the situation. I watched for a few secs up until the moment when I saw that the elderly couple was struggling too much- so I excused myself to my family and rushed to help them. They were very grateful.... I left the chair next to the customer service table, behind the vase with a big flower... The staff at the table didn't even bother to look...

Maybe it was because I didn't wear any of my pretty suits that day... ???? But yet again, the elderly couple looked pretty posh that night... ☹️
