I came to have a simple bowl of boiled rice as I am recovering from food poisoning. I waited ONE HOUR without any explanation or apology and after I asked the waitress twice why it was taking so long and seeing others arrive after me being served before me. If I knew where else I could have got plain boiled rice from, I would have walked out. It takes 20 mins to cook rice from scratch.
