Wonderful place! I spent five nights here during my time in San Cristobal. I actually extended my stay and would definitely stay here the next time I am in Chiapas.

The little property is decorated in the most charming Chiapescan way and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent! I really appreciated all the different breakfast options and how they cook it fresh in front of you.

Better still the hotel is excellent value for money and right in the centre of town. Thank you for everything

This is a very comfortable hotel.
Firstly, the location is great, about 5 minutes away from the main square, and a stone throw away to many restaurants, yet in a quiet street.

My room is very cozy. Bed is comfortable. Hot shower is hot, and water pressure is strongz

The hotel is nicely decorated especially at the reception/lobby area and the courtyard.

Breakfast was simple but fulfiling.

The most important feature about this hotel is its staff. Everyone are polite, friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. And this makes a difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Two thumbs up.

This is an addition to my review. To the smiley senorita staff from the hotel, she’s pleasant and always smiley, and she made my day by giving me a small handicraft of hers that she made. Thank you. And as I said above, what makes a good hotel from a great hotel is the staff and people behind it. Thank you again.

Very cute hotel on a quiet street. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. We'll come back ????

A beautiful small hotel near the center. The rooms are smartly furnished and the bed is very comfortable. The tile floors and bathroom are a nice touch. The staff is professional and accommodating. I love it here. Breakfast is included in the price. There is a safe in my room.

Cute little hotel close to the center of San Cristobal. We chose to stay here because it is one of the few places with heating in town, which was definitely a good choice in December. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and charming Christmas decorations when we visited. We loved the breakfast (many options to choose from) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Posada El Zaguan and would stay here again.

Good service, peaceful, good breakfast included w/ hotel stay.....very clean.
Close to to many shops and good food.
The hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful place. The whole area is so green and beautiful. I really love it and the people are really nice.

Nice decorations and comfy rooms. Terrible breakfast - awkward service and low quality packaged products (worst we’ve had in our travels)
