We’ve come to this restaurant three times and the first two were very good. But maybe something has changed? The first couple of times, the pizza was amazing: the dough nicely charred, the ingredients very good. This time however it was very different. First of all, when we asked for a custom pizza, they didn’t include tomato sauce, even though tomato sauce seems like it would be obvious on pizza, especially at an Italian restaurant. We’ve learned, however, that in Mexico they don’t automatically put tomato sauce on which is weird but I guess we should’ve known at this point. But anyway, they were very nice about it and gave us tomato sauce to put on top. But this time around the dough was markedly different. It wasn’t charred at all, and just seemed of much lower quality. The inner part of the slice almost seemed like it didn’t have any dough at all… Also they brought the salad at the same time as the pizza which was weird to us because we expected it as an appetizer. Overall my rating of this pizza went from 9.5 to 5.5. Very sad because it was my favorite pizza spot in San Cristobal. I would definitely suggest trying it just in case maybe tonight was just a bad night.

I ordered the lasagne which was very bad, the worst I had in my life. They even admited it was from yesterday and they reheated it in the microwave. It was mushy and hard at the same time. After I told them they didn't charge me for it which is good. The pasta bolognese we ordered was good. They put the tip in the total of the bill already without us noticing, so no need to give on top of that.

Food could’ve been better when they brought me my mineral water it exploded…When I paid The waiter took it upon him self to tip him self. I was going to leave the tip indicated. However, I notified another waitress and she brought me my correct change. If you come here pay the exact amount

Owner is Italian. He makes the pasta fresh, desserts and cream liqueurs. He also sings and okays the piano in the evenings. I love coming here!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Here’s why: a cockroach crawled out of our lasagna???? !!!!!!! Our dish was comped; however, there was no apology for this unsanitary issue and the meal itself was not comped. Will not return. Unfortunate that this spot has good reviews and that this happened to us.
