Without doubt the best hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas! Besides being extremely beautiful and unique, the location is absolutely not to compete with. It's walking distance to everything in the city.
We even got the most delicious breakfast in bed in our beautiful room to very reasonable prices.

The best thing about this hotel though was the service all of the staff were super helpful, kind and smiley.

The only problem about this hotel is that you don't want to leave.. Ever????

We thank you so much for one of the best experiences, we will definitely be back????

The breakfast is perfect, special the Cajeta with butter and toasted bread from the kitchen. Then the huevos benedictinos, very nice... Thanks Manuel for the recommendation!!!

We went to the restaurant. Service was very good, food was ok a little bit pricy but ok.

This hotel was the best, after a red eye flight, we got to the hotel at 7 AM and they let us in to our room right away, I was blown away by the 7am check in, fresh pot of coffee outside your door every morning and complimentary breakfast, definitely going back to this hotel, and our room had a private tiny patio which was great

What a great service and experience!!! The place is right in the hearth of San Cristobal. If you are overwhelmed with the amount of options like me, don’t think twice and book this place. Jannette and Alfredo from the staff are super helpful and funny. Food and drinks from their restaurant are top 3 in San Cristobal.

Beautiful and friendly hotel in the most interesting and vibrant part of this charming town. The staff is beyond incredible - most helpful, friendly and accommodating. They satisfied every wish and whim. For example, as vegans, we were served a special breakfast, with the chef bringing local veggies from her own garden (try chayotes!) and making delicious dishes just for us. Beautiful rooms. What a great place! You have to stay there when in San Cristobal.

The service at the restaurant was impeccable, and they have the best salsa verde I've ever tasted at a restaurant.
