Stumbled on to Il Borgo, WOW. My lucky, and last, day in SCDLC. Had the caprese salad as my appetizer, the spaghetti bolognese (no lie, the best I've EVER had in 61 yrs) for 2nd course and a salad for my 3rd. I'm so impressed I'm sitting here writing a review ! The waiter was top notch, attentive and not at all overbearing. ???? Enjoyed it all very much, except no room for the salad 'bowl'. ????

We got lured in by a guy telling us there is an 'Italian chef'. After some hesitation we decided to go for it. We ordered a vegy pasta and an arrabiata pasta. It took 1,5 hours while there was nobody in the restaurant. It was the most disgusting out of a can (for sure) food we ever ate. Extremely salty, I could almost feel my kidneys. No flavor, no fresh ingredients. When I walked to the toilet u can see the kitchen is open and other then an old mexican lady there was no Italian chef te be found. We paid 350 pesos for these meals, 2 beers and 1 water.

The 2 stars are for the amazing waiters. Extremely friendly, pleasant and professional. They deserve a tip, not the 'Italian chef' :p

Good pizza, good prices, good service (of course I was the only person in the restaurant).

Cute, cozy place. Nice outdoor area as well as inside. Pizza was really good. $250 plus tip for 8 slice pizza 2 beers 1 lemonade

The best pasta i hace had in San Cristóbal. Warm homemade garlic bread!!

They charge 1,700 for four tasteless house wines. Twice as much as it should be. I cannot name them other than the scammers.

Good, thin pizza and comparatively affordable. Indoor and Outdoor seating.
