FRAUD!!! VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS!!! They charged us two times for a 8.650 pesos buy, but didn't want to recognize that. Now it has to be dealt with through the bank which is very inconveniencing while traveling.
They took the card and hid in a little room "caja", than minutes later went out with sad faces and a tiny receipt saying "insufficient funds", immediately we called the bank that said that the amount was charged TWO TIMES and they rejected it second time thinking it was fraud, WHICH IT WAS, but the people in the store never recognized that they passed it two times, so we asked the bank to unblock the card cos we really needed the tools and TRUSTED them (our mistake) and paid for them again - so now it's VERY obvious in the bank statement that the amount was charged TWO TIMES, no idea who to confront on that, very FRUSTRATING. DISGUSTING, DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, LAME AND SHAME!!! TIRED of feeding RATS in Mexico!!!
FRAUDE!!! CUIDADO con sus tarjetas!!! Nos cobraron dos veces en la compra de 8.650$ de herramientas y no lo reconocieron, ahora tenemos que resolverlo con el banco, lo que está muy inconveniente en el viaje!!

Llevaron la tarjeta a su habitación y luego salieron con un pequeño recibo "fondos insuficientes". En seguida llamamos el banco y nos dijeron que como lo habían intentado cobrar DOS veces el mismo monte lo bloquearon la segunda vez porque pensaron que era FRAUDE, que efectivamente era!!! Le pedimos al banco desbloquear la tarjeta porque necesitabamos mucho esas herramientas y les confiamos a las gente de la tienda (quite era un error nuestro...), PAGAMOS OTRA VEZ!!! Ahora es muy obvio en el estado de cuenta que nos cobraron dos veces. ESTAMOS CANDADOS DE NUTRIR LAS RATAS, la verdad parece que ya en ningún lado, en ninguna tienda no queda dignidad humana... Si el manager está leyendo eso, espero mucho que tiene mínima dignidad para contactarme y resolver este triste suceso. VERGÜENZA, VERGÜENZA, VERGÜENZA!!!
