This is my first stay in Cholula and Hotel Posada Señorial is conveniently located downtown. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were delightful. We had a question about our room and and one of the staffers, Miroslava, went out of her way to answer all of our questions and make sure we had the best stay possible. I would recommend the Hotel Posada Señorial to anyone considering a stay in the area.

I really like the design and location of the hotel, but unfortunately there is no AC in the room or fans, which make the room extremely hot and uncomfortable at night, also, there are several party rooms nearby and it's very noisy until 4 am.

It is an amazing hotel. The place has a Colonia look. You will feel like you were in Mexico of 1850. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown of Puebla city and extremely close to the most important places to visit in the town. The Restaurant could be best for tourism. The food is so cool and traditional. All the dishes has the real taste and follow the correct recipe. The best place to stay in Puebla

Food is good. We came on Sunday which on Saturday and Sunday it is ALWAYS buffet nothing else. But the buffet is great and you won't go home hungry. Then we came during the week and had Breakfast Americano, which is fruit or juice, eggs any way you want, beans, and coffee or tea. And always pan dulce, which is Mexican sweet bread, it's to die for.

Great venues, comfortable rooms. Outstanding location as it is just a few blocks from the pyramid and many restaurants and services. Very limited parking due to multiple events though.

Maybe some years ago the hotel did have a great gym and spa but today that places are just in ruins... If you are looking for a place to only rest in a nice room it might be the best choice in cholula, but if you want to enjoy the whole instalations i wouldn't recommend at all because surely are better places for that.

Great attention to guests, very nice people working there and wonderful food. Unfortunately, there are terrible services (e.g. dreadful cable TV and lousy WiFi) plus the hotel was undergoing some major renovations much made the visit uncomfortable.
