this was a great stay the only thing is its not a breakfast buffet so allow yourself a little bit of time to eat in the mourning. the gym was nice rooms great staff was awesome will stay again

I have been in many Hiltons, this one in Puebla is very good, looks new facilities, clean, parking area in huge, restaurant has buffet service in the morning, Starbucks is available within same facility, for my business trip, it was more than enough.

The hotel staff did a lot of noise during the night, it was 3:30am and they were painting floor 8 with a lot of noise. Really I can’t sleep. I reported it but they didn’t do anything. Sorry Hilton There was a lot of problem with you I will Change to Marriott group.

Hotel was amazing!! Staff were attentive and the hotel was beautiful. Location was central. Rooms were large.

The hotel is OK, nothing fancy, just normal. Fridge did not work. bed was good.
BEWARE OF THE RENTAL CAR SCAMMERS in Puebla, Mexico.
Hotel staff at Hilton called us a car rental to come and deliver the car to hotel.
The car rental company Hertz STOLE our credit card details, they took a photo and 4 months later someone was trying to buy airplane tickets with our credit card details! BEWARE!!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS!

This hotel was clean and comfortable, decent rates and very good customer service. The location is not all that great as it is 25 minutes away from downtown which is where we were spending most of our time but overall, this is a good place to stay.
