The building is old and the furniture is old, air cons are old and loud. It needs a face-lift.

Excellent location. Rooms are large and very clean. Prices are very reasonable.

Im visiting from Dallas, everything was good but the receptionist asumes the guests are here to steal 2 dollar towels so very bad for you’re image.

Excellent location, great hotel, very clean, but customer service at the front desk was a bit short and rude. It has a business center, an indoor pool, jacuzzi, great terrace and a very convenient laundry room.

A good place to stay for an adorable price if you in Puebla. 20 minutes by taxi from CAPU that is the Main Bus Station. They have a restaurant and you can eat all you want for a good price. Clean / Pool the water is could / Gim, is ok. But for 998 pesos you can't find anything better. Dominos Pizza next door / Costco and other good centric point around.

It's a great place for have a lunch, food is delicious, variety in juice flavor, omelette, mexican food and nice bread. A little noise but beautiful environment, nice decorations.

It was a good experience, the personal at the restaurant are very interested in the costumers and the service are excellent, the meals and the drinks have good taste.
