I have stayed here multiple times when I go down there to visit my boyfriend and each time has been amazing. I’ve became very comfortable with the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and nice. All of the food and drinks are great. I would recommend staying here 100%

Señor Carlos worked the front desk and restaurant area and was as helpful as any hotel staff I've ever met. He was friendly, attentive and professional to us and to other guests. The other staff was also helpful and patient with our language differences. The rooms were clean and new and the beds we're comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of good options. I don't normally give reviews but I couldn't pass up this opportunity to highlight such great service.

Did not even stay there.
We attempted to make a reservation for 5 people for up to 6 months.
The person answering the phone was not interested at all in this.
Of course for long term stays there are usually a discount, but here they just said "Make a reservation or not, we dont have time for this."
Phonecall lasted about five minutes and of course we took our business across the street to their competition.

It is new place so it is very nice and Breakfast is good however I am giving 4 star because it is a little inconvenience to get there. Even uber had a difficult time getting there last time we were there.

They did everything to make my stay comfortable. The hotel is spotless, the staff is really kind. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice clean and almost brand new hotel. Breakfast way too basic and some times the eggs and dishes were cold.
