From all towns we visited this one is perhaps one of the most beautiful ones.

Cholula is a beautiful and colorful city, the Shrine on top of the pyramid is outstanding. What a magestic view from the top of the pyramid. It was hard to believe that this mountain is the biggest pyramid based on its base of the world. Walking all the way up requires some knee strength. The food around town is outstanding and super affordable. If you have enough money don't hesitate on getting in leather stores, it's maybe 6 times cheaper than the USA.

The little downtown square has some cute places to check it or to sit down and eat. I highly recommend going up the Santuario Nuestra Señora de los Remedios to get a view of the city and a view of the volcano. It’s quiet a workout but totally worth it!

Beautiful, magical town in Puebla, Mexico.
It doesn't only host the world's largest pyramids, but a lot of street life, artists, fantastic food u0026 fun experience.

Go explore it even aside the pyramid u0026 arqueological site!

This was the most gorgeous city. Cannot wait to go back here. Exploring the layers of ruins is so unique! Such a great experience!

This is a good place. The regional museum of Cholula is big, beautiful, has a very great and wide view of the city on the top and it's a good sample of the old Mexican culture that lived in there in the past. You need about two hours and a half to completely enjoy this place. There are several things related to the old Mexican culture of Cholula in the way that you can buy as a remember. Just one thicket per person is needed for visiting the whole site. A good challenge to don't avoid is visiting the church that is on the top of the place, it's somewhat difficult to reach it becouse the first road to go is a slope and then you'll find some very inclined stairs, but the effort is worth it becouse the view on the top is wonderful, you can easily see a big part of the city.
This place fulfilled 95% of my expectations.

Too bad that the access to the cathedral was close die to Covid-19 but the museum was wonderful
