Had a great experience Vip Vallarta Transportation made a call while at the airport before I boarded my flight to Mexico made arrangements to be picked up from the airport it was a quick and easy phone call never had it been so easy! My flight landed and my driver was there to pick me up very polite and professional young man! The drive to my hotel was great the driver explained to me everything about the city! Gave me some pointers on What to do and not to do! I highly recommend there service if u need pick up from the airport to your destination! Will use them again in the future !

The extra few dollars are worth it. This company is incredibly communicative, professional u0026 reliable. The PVR airport can be a mess and they got my family out quickly. If you’re looking for a nicer car (with beer!) to get you out quickly… highly recommend.

I use them everytime you can't go wrong after a 7hr flight the last thing I wanna do is fight for a cab or shelp my luggage across the walkway to catch an Uber just to save 30 bucks.

I usually get the SUV even though it's just me because they tend to be more well equipped with A/C and roomy.

I usually order it while on the flight down.

During May-Sept you definitely wanna quick exit from airport, the humidity is killer.

Arturo and his team at VIP Vallarta were amazing. Even though our flight was delayed by over an hour when arriving to PV, Arturo was waiting there when we arrived with sign in hand just as he said he would be. When our son fell sick and we required transport on extremely short notice, Arturo was so flexible and able to help us get back to the resort from the hospital. And as you would expect, for our ride out, his driver was on time. Fantastic service and experience with VIP Vallarta and would not even think of looking at any other company when we return to PV. Just stop searching now, you have found the team you need.

Pick up just as planned. Clear sign with our name on it, quality, private vehicle. Pick up and return were excellent. Arturo is very kind. Will use every time we go to Puerto Vallarta.

If you're looking for a reliable transportation service, pick a different one. I had a confirmed reservation for a pick up and they never showed.
