Nice little strip mall with OXO, Restaurants, Laundromat, Juice Bar, Business Centre (English spoken), Retail Ladies Clothes and Accessories and small eateries. Lots of parking and walking distance from Fluvial, Aramara and Marina (Walmart and Sam's Club)

This is a cte little plaza where there's a coffee shop,oxxo,CrossFit,a pharmacy, laundry, beauty salon,a few bars and a call center. Really clean and close by to la marina Walmart , la Aurora where there's a food market with fresh fruits and vegetables. And also like 10 min walking towards Walmart.

We can find different places here, like Miami bar, linguafranca is a languages school, the Cata cafe, and others more like a Oxxo, go a discover all the places.
