Our stay has been so awesome. We did the all inclusive which for us was so worth it. Some people like to eat at the places around but we loved being able to stay on the resort u0026 not worry about anything:)
Our concierge Julio was super great. We did the presentation at Flamingos with Daniela, who was wonderful. It’s a 90 minute presentation BUT from the moment you come downstairs, take the taxi, the tour, then a taxi back was about 3.5-4 hours, so you have to decide if the freebies are worth it or not, for us it was:) we did not end up buying anything and they were perfectly nice u0026 fine with it.
The drinks are strong and service is great.
Room service is fast :) the private beach is about 50 yards and each night they have theme nights. The Mexican Party was a lot of fun to watch u0026 they do have daily activities. It’s not a party place, is very family friendly, and chill. 5 minutes from downtown u0026 very well priced.
The food is good! It’s not amazing but it is really good :) would recommend! :)

The 2 bedroom suite surprised us with an extra restroom which was great since the occupants of the 3 suites we rented spent the majority of their downtime in ours.. it was well equipped kitchen all the way down to large mixing bowls. Rosario kept our suite clean despite the presence of 14 people there during her tidying up. The room did have issues with one of the Ac units and fans but they promptly went to address the issues. The family enjoyed there stay so much that they want to return again near year-end..

This hotel is a great place for families for extended stays. All personnel was kind and easy to talk to. They have an excellent repertory for a fun time for all ages. The only thing that I wish they do was to accept cash. All restaurants and snack bars only accept cards or are charged to the room. Also, watch out, the tip is already included in the bill. Although, it’s always nice to give little something to the waiters.

Not so much. On our first day, I tripped on a raised platform and fell on the marble floor. At the time, a couple people asked me if I was okay, which I wasn't sure at the time. I had just fallen. Nobody ever followed up with me. I ended up hurting my shoulder and bruising my elbow. On the third night, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant. Service was slooow and not the best. I had to go to our waiter in order for our table to be cleared and get the check. The meal was expensive!! Compared to what we get outside of the resort. Thankfully, we know not to do all inclusive. Lastly, even though there's a sign saying not to, people put towels on chairs in the morning, and don't show up until the afternoon. VERY FRUSTRATING.
We still have 3 nights left!!!
On the plus side, the location is good and rooms are clean.

Let me start by saying that this is a very nice resort. However you get what you pay for and the bill was large (the best breakfast buffet I've ever had, except the orange juice u0026 mimosas; but at a cost of 500 pesos per person plus mandatory tip in a place where you can find satisfying local meals for 70 pesos).

When I made the reservation, we booked a room with an ocean view, but upon checking in, they didn't have that note. They said to make it up to us they would comp our laundry, but at checkout, there was a 100 USD charge for laundry that they refused to remove.

It is also a bit of a walk to the parts of the city you would like to see. Additionally, the first thing they do is try to sell you a timeshare.

I would recommend staying elsewhere to economize your dollar.

Staff was exceptional, we were on the accommodation plan only and the free breakfast each morning was awesome!
Fun activities, day and night, and good location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and short cab rides to Romantic Zone.
It's unbelievable how many beach and pool chairs are taken by 6 am! Does nobody sleep at this resort?

I do not recommend this resort whatsoever. After being exhausted from a long plane ride, we were met with their sales people trying to get you to go to their presentation. They bounced us around from person to person and would take us to our private shuttle to the hotel that we paid for until we agreed to pay $ and go to their presentation. I was so frustrated from being hot, tired, and hungry that I was in tears just trying to get to our transportation (which I do not recommend). Like many others, we arrived after check-in time and were told our room was not ready. We tried to eat at one of the restaurants and they turned us away because they were closing. Our room SMELLED HORRIBLE like must. We told an employee and the did nothing about it. I had to throw away clothes because I cannot get the smell out after several washes. We did the all-inclusive plan and the food was terrible with the exception of breakfast. Then, on one of our last days, we were told we no longer had a reservation there even though we still had a few more days. The person who booked our trip made a mistake since we did all inclusive for 5 days, and just accomodation for 2, but he did not overlap the reservations leaving us without a room for the night. We spent nearly 3 hours with the front desk and on the phone with the person who booked our trip. They made us pay for the food that we ate during that period thinking we still had all inclusive when it was their mistake, and then pay for another night at the hotel. Between all of their sales and mistakes, we lost a whole day of our trip. It was such a bummer spending so much money to go on this trip for it to have ended up like this. We will not be staying with this hotel group ever again.
