Very helpful people. Made the process of selecting my plan simple and painless. I recommend to go straight here to get a local SIM card and plan because they have more options. Don't hassle and waste time elsewhere.

STOP CALLING ME!!! Today I got 4 phone calls from solicitors so far. When they realize my Spanish is not good they talk over me and rudely hang up. Then they call back an hour or two later.
This is rude and unprofessional.
I would never buy from TelCel based on the behavior of those who call me
Someone please get them to stop the rude phone calls multiple times each day.

I was impressed with the way this location was run. Quite efficient. I do not speak Spanish, not a problem. The person that you see first spoke English, explained what I needed to know.
The process is stream lined; no matter what you came in for.

Buen Fin sale and not nearly enough staff. I knew what I wanted. Came in and said what I wanted and have been in line for over 1 hour, estimated 1/2 more based on the line movement iver the last hour. Leaving now amd Telcel lost a $6,000 phone sale. I do not think they care.
