Food was great.. but the view of the cruise ship at sunset was awesome. the picture through the window doesn't give it justice.

Great service from the staff in the front of the house and food from the back of the house! Just had a light snack before a movie. Convenient location.

Good service . was a little disappointed about the nachos. I understand it's the menu, not blaming the staff or chef , but 12 single nachos ?? Normally a plate of nachos (200peos ) it's share size

I sat at the bar for their 2 for 1 margaritas, both of which were good, and my bartender, Joseph was nice. However, after ordering the buffalo chicken salad, I noticed many small bits of what appeared and tasted to be bacon. I follow the biblical guide to eating, so I do not consume pork whatsoever and it is a big deal to me. My bartender and everyone else within earshot promised me that it was not bacon and only fried chicken parts, but as a former pork eater, I know what bacon looks and tastes like. I would advise anyone with an allergy or any other restriction prohibiting them from eating pork to go directly to the restaurant manager who can understand English and ask them beforehand. Bacon was definitely not in the ingredient list. I also have observed that (not just at Chili's) any place in Puerto Vallarta whether on the street or in a brick and mortar store where you ask questions about your food (no matter how politely and in attempting to speak Spanish) or prices to make sure that you are not getting swindled, the people (especially men) seem to get easily offended even if they don't show anger. I definitely noticed that the mood changed and I suddenly felt uncomfortable after my inquiry and while being stared at the entire time that I was there. The view overlooking the Pacific was beautiful, but I will not return to the establishment.

The place is clean and the service is very bad, I do not recommend the food at all. Three service people standing in front of me and didn't even ask if I needed something, I had to ask if I could pay someone because they did not come back to my table at all. In my opinion if you want to have a business, train your employees depending on what type of service you are offering otherwise do not open it because there is no fear for the customers. The customers are paying for the food and expect to be treated fairly. I do not recommend this place at all and I have to say that my opinion is based on my own experience.

Good menu variety, clean washrooms, friendly staff, and fabulous view of cruise ships. Had mouth watering ribs and potato with small salad on a weeknight and it wasn’t busy at 7 pm. Always consistent good quality in this chain restaurant. My favourite location is Muscat, Oman but this is enjoyable too. No room for desert.

Excellent service, the food was great. You should try the promotion: soup or salad, main course and drink for $149 pesos.
Desserts are delicious!
Always a good option
