Ahmmm you better go to another place. The access and entrance to the hotel is awful, it is not accesible, and the place smells like roasted chicken, they haven't taken care of the quality of the place.
Breakfast u0026 coffee are good. A/C didn't work very well while we were there. Imagine that in Puerto Vallarta, with that hot?

I wont stay at One Puerto Aeropuerto. The rooms are too expensive. They should be charging $60 Cdn not over $142Cdn. It does not matter it it is Summer time. The elevators are too small if you have suitcases and there was only one that worked. It is confusing to know which elevator to take. There are no stairs.No good if there is an emergency. Heard many guests complaing.
Rooms are clean. The staff are friendly.

I booked a basic room which was adequate. Great staff at reception. Good breakfast included.very close to the airport.

Let me count the ways! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
Noisy rooms, noisy air conditioning, pool towels the same size as my tea towel at home. I had to leave my ID at front desk to use the pool towel !!!Poor wifi, kept going off and on just like the light in the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed. Still have sore backs a day later. Both have stuffed up heads like we were coming down with a flu. They probably need to change the air con filters.

Avoid. They lock their emergency exits so in an emergency you are trapped. Therecare other better options for the same price.

Three star hotel but the breakfast makes it a four star. Good spot to stay the night if your flight is cancelled

The rooms are really small. We stayed in the Fiesta Rewards section with an Upgraded Queen Room. It was so small but had the basics. There one water bottle for the guest and then two normal sized pillows. We ended up having to move rooms because the hurricane came and our window started the leak. That room was the same except it had some small pillows which I found odd.

There is also a pool, but it was closed due to the tropical storm/ hurricane.

The breakfast in the morning was so good. Not at all what I expected from this hotel. Wish I could have packed some away to take with me.

The hotel is really close to the airport and you can walk there in about 5min. It is attached to the casino, a sushi place, a pharmacy, some car rental spots and also a great restaurant for grabbing a meal. Beside it is also a plaza with some shops and a grocery store.

Overall would say this is a good spot to stay if you need to wait out a flight cancellation or aren't picky about where you stay. It was affordable so it allowed us to splurge on other things.
