Part of the Pacific coast trail runs along the bluffs here.
The trail is missing a center segment. So one must walk from both ends to get the full experience
Northward the trail continues on for quite a ways outside of this Park and along the bluff north of Fort Bragg.
This is a do not miss area for visiting this coast. This part of the trail starts at the entrance to Noyo harbor and the Noyo River mouth.

I contacted Nutrí House to se if they had a plan to create a meal plan and deliver the food to me. I spoke with them and they had me meet a nutritionist to help create a diet. Nutri Hoyse now delivers me food twice a day, breakfast and then lunch and dinner in the afternoon.
The food is surprisingly delicious for being a "diet".
I highly recommend using Nutri House for your health and diet needs!
