This hotel is AMAZING!! Their pool is nice and clean with an extraordinary view to the ocean! I just have to say the views are spectacular also from the room's balcony! Huge panoramic windows, so you literally wake up yo an amazing view during your stay! Very clean rooms with fridge, coffe maker, and even a toaster. Beds are comfortable, AC in every room. The only thing that made us leave off to another hotel was the distance to the beach and malecon. Otherwise, we would've gladly stayed here at this hotel during our entire stay in Puerto Vallarta. ???? if you are looking to spend a quit, relaxing vacation, this is your hotel!

Highly Recommended. It's not by the beach but has one if the most beautiful view from any room, service was Great and Very Friendly

Beautiful place, loved the pool . I got alot of sun up there. Watched whales form our balcony. And the employees were very helpful and kind . Loved it definitely will return

This place must have been very nice when it first opened. It's slowing signs of wear, but it was still a lovely place for us to stay for two nights, while waiting for pre-flight PCR test results. It's at the top of the Conchas Chinas hill. We walked to the Romantic Zone centre one day and even walked back another day. It's a 3km walk up a relatively steep hill in the heat and humidity, but we like hiking and it was worth it. The pool and hot tub on the roof are nice to hangout in. The room we had was very spacious, had good WiFi and air-conditioning. The staff were super friendly. Two of them gave us rides downtown when we asked them to call us a taxi.

It was ok. It had no hair dryer or iron, balcony could be more private. Inside needs more updating. However the view is beautiful

Loved it here! Incredible view and comfortable room. Javier treated us really well. We really enjoyed the pool and also the fact that we felt safe during the pandemic.
