Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 2 chicken burgers and both were pathetic to say the least. No kind of sauce or dressing whatsoever. Will never go back

In the two years I've been here, this location has gotten worse without no air conditioning now, just 2 fans. Lot of times of foods not fresh, seems like chicken and hamburgers have been sitting around and dried out and assemble the sandwiches just before you buy it. Super slow service. McDonald's of Mexico needs to work on this place

I have food allergies. I also have Google translater on my cellphone. I took my time to type my food allergies into GT before I placed my order.
The server spoke some English and I verbally asked if she understood the written information. She confirmed.

She rang up my order and charged me too much money. I had a intuitive moment and asked to speak with the manager.

I showed him my translated text and he confirm one of the items I order was cooked in the product I am allergic to. OMG!!!

I AM AT RISK OF AN ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK!!!

I explained that to the Manager and his response was the cashier didn't know...

My response was She should have been taught.

My suggestion to McDonald's of Latin America. Place a translated Ingredients card on every counter for people with food allergies to read themselves.

It's only a minor cost to you, but a huge profit in revenue. Tourist will appreciate the extra effort and you will receive good reviews. You're welcome ????

Typically McDonald's. Food was fresh and hot. Only they only serve sandwiches after noon. Not 5 minutes before. Annoying. Most of the time I am in the area it is in the late mornings.

Gotta try it. This place has some burgers that US doesn't have. Really good!!

I would give them another star if they brought back ice cream! Other than that, McDonald's is what we expect almost all the time and this location is no exception. Close your eyes while biting into a big mac and you won't know the difference between the one here in Mexico, or the one in say Omaha, Nebraska. Bring back ice cream. The Pandemic excuse is wearing out like my patience.
