Had the avocado, chicken club. Didn't want the fries so the chef made a lovely small salad not on the menu. Everything was great including the service. Beautiful dining by the river.

Restaurants located around the river's edge, which gives nice views. Open air restaurant, so no air conditioning but overhead fans when needed. We were there at dinner time and ordered the rack of lamb and the chicken parmesan. Both look and tasted very good. Basket of rolls and butter was served before/with dinner complementary (2 baskets we had) The service was good also. We'll have to return a check out their other meal times and menus

Nice place for lunch. We had not been to the Le Bistro Cafe since it reopened under new ownership a few years ago. The original one was very elegant with lots of over the top sculptures and decor, and very expensive. The new one is a simplified decor (minus the artwork), but still the quiet riverside location makes for a nice experience. The lunch menu is reasonably priced and the portions are generous. We had the chicken teriyaki rice bowl and the veggie sandwich, both were very good. They have the best fresh iced tea we've found in PV. It looked as though business (on a Tuesday) was a little slow, and they are using just a fraction of the restaurant's floor space. There are large areas of the space that are empty. It was a very large restaurant when was open around 10 years ago. Hopefully, business will pick up, this is one of PC's best locations.
Update:
After being closed for a year due to COVID-19, Le Bistro is open again with many of the same staff for breakfast and lunch. I think they are closed on Mondays.

Fabulous food, great ambiance, sits on the edge of the water, cool and very relaxing the service, quality was amazing. Secret gem at good price. ❤️????❤️????❤️

We have come here every morning for a very reasonably priced breakfast. Sergio and Aldair will take extra good care of you. $16.50USD or 280 pesos folks for all this!!!!

Great atmosphere. Service was excellent.
