Service is fast, has good parking, generous sizes. Has kids area and a/c. But at the end of the day it just tastes like franchise food. Like IHOP but a little better. It needs that punch flavor you find at other restaurants.

Absolutely one of my favorite breakfast spots in Puerto Vallarta. It's actually one of my favorite breakfast places anywhere. Delicious coffee and air conditioned. Food also very delicious

Fantastic fast easy place to get breakfast. They are friendly and accommodating. First time today that we sat down for Lunch. There was a little wait but worth the wait.

Like a Mexican Dennys. It's American food cooked by Mexicans. Nothing else to explain. The food was good

Very friendly staff, wasn't a huge fan of the food. But that's personal taste I guess. If you love American style waffles, you're going to love this place.
