An old condo near everything in PV, authentic Mexican style complex surrounded by lots of plants and trees, beautiful pool, used to be a lot of lizards, now cats... and PV is getting really crowded now, and it's low season!

Spot on security. Parking worked for our larger vehicle. Our condo was great, quiet and mostly private. Enjoyed the patio, plants and birds.

My husband and I stayed here because it was very fairly priced, the unit itself looked decent, and it's in a good location, but we were shocked at how absolutely stunning the grounds are! The landscaping is impeccable and makes you feel like you're in a jungle (in a beautiful way, not like it's overgrown). The butterflies, flowers, and birds we've seen here are incredible. Every morning we've woken up to the most beautiful birds we've ever heard. Security here is nice and the guards are very friendly. The pool is the perfect temperature and the lounge chairs are perfect. It was never crowded when we went to the pool and everyone was respectful/not annoying and followed the rules. I thought we'd spend the majority of our time here on the beach but honestly the pool is so close and quiet and perfect that that's where we spend most of our time. This review is for the whole complex since each unit is different, so your mileage may vary depending on which unit you stay in, but know that the grounds and everything else are at least spectacular. I hope we can come back some day!

Unfortunately they do not accept small dogs ! Well located, not to noisy, nice layout of the apartments ! A good address in PV

Great place. Great location. Staff very friendly. Easy walking distance to grocery store, mall. Walkable distance to Walmart, Costco, if your in good walking shape. Nice pool. Beach 10min walk away.

Its ok, nothing special though except the garden. Its definitely OVERPRICED. And its NOT quiet unfortunately. Maybe its not as CRAZY noisy as some parts of PV can be, however you will hear every step and every word of your neighbors all nights long (NO sound proof) + starting from EARLY mornings and till evenings plenty of technical noises will be all around you. In general we are disappointed. Especially for the high prices they have

Nice lush tropical gardens throughout and clean pool. Convenient location, ten minute walk to public beach.
