This is a great Samsung store. It's a great location and a beautiful new store. The staff knows what they are talking about and are incredibly helpful. I love that the repair technicians are women! They're really detail oriented and excellent at what they do. While you're waiting for your repair they offer coffee and water and have TV and movies to make the wait easy. English is spoken here also.
