Some of the best ceviche in Puerto Vallarta, I stayed nearby for a couple months and hung out here with the guys a couple times. They make the ceviche right away when you order its not pre-made and the shrimp, octopus, and gorro are all fresh everytime. If you are nearby stop by you will not regret it.
