We booked a private boat charter for a group of 14. We traveled from US and booked via telephone after reviewing the options on the website. Phone call was quick, received confirmations/communication as it was explained on the call. Made one follow up call a few weeks later and they (quickly) answered all my questions then also. Once we arrived and met the reps/crew for the boat the party was on. Everyone in our group remarked about how fun, energetic, attentive and nice the entire crew was. They were inviting from the time we met at the dock until we returned. We absolutely can not say enough about the experience. It was well worth the price and the value is unbelievable. When we return to Cabo we will definitely book another sunset cruise or excursion with Cabo San Lucas Tours.

From the moment of my inquiry to event day my communication with Deysi was wonderful! Every question was answered and every detail addressed. My husband and I were hosting a sunset dinner cruise for 60 guests in honor of our son's wedding. The staff on the catamaran was wonderful, professional and attentive. Every single guest on board had nothing but compliments from the service to the food and drink quality. We also booked a 49 passenger bus and a sprinter van through Cabo San Lucas Tours. The transportation was timely, very clean and the drivers were extremely polite and professional. It was an absolute joy to have planned our special excursion with CSLT - we would do this again in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much for having made this an easy and delightful process!

Don't believe they give more snorkeling time

Corridor Snorkeling Tour. Their website boasts "The actual snorkeling time on this tour is approximately DOUBLE that of most tours in Cabo San Lucas, at about 1.5 hours (even more if you choose to snorkel during the break!)". In reality, the captain cut us off at 30 minutes on the first stop. The second stop was not the site listed, but another the captain pushed on us. At that site he waved us in after only 20 minutes, stating "it's already 3:15, time to go". So we only got 50 minutes snorkeling (10 minutes less than the other tours), no where near the 1.5 hours boasted about. Also there was no "break" to possibly get more in, just boating straight from site to site. The captain was more interested in his schedule or agenda than the promised snorkeling experience I paid for.
My son and I took another tour with Cabo San Lucas Tours (that was already booked) to Cabo Pulmo the next day. While a better experience, the boast of "The actual snorkeling time on this tour is approximately THREE TIMES that of most tours in Cabo San Lucas, at about 2.5 hours" was false as well. We got a little under 2 hours of snorkeling.
I expressed my dissatisfaction over the misrepresentation of the snorkeling times and skipping Santa Maria Cove in an email to Cabo San Lucas Tours, who replied the issue was being passed to their Customer Service department. After hearing nothing for a week, I reached out again. To date I have heard nothing back. Apparently, once they have your money their interest ends.

The crew we had was absolutely amazing. They catered to our every need. They were patient and kind. I have already recommended them to several of our friends. This was the best birthday I ever had. The Lilly pad was the best. You will not be disappointed. I do not have enough words to explain how magnificent the food drinks everything was!!!!

We took the luxury day of sailing and it was fantastic! Instructions for checkin and transport were easy and clear on the pdf that was immediately emailed upon payment. We arrived at 9:30 and were transported in the van down to Cabo. We checked into Cabo Adventures and waited for the team to discuss everything about the tour and boat. We walked down the dock and met the crew helping us that day. They were fantastic at reviewing safety and expectations. We sailed for about 4 hours total including drinks, food, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. I highly recommend this tour and would go again! I will def use this company for all my Mexico adventures moving forward as I see they have a Cancun location as well!

I've booked tours through here before and had great experiences. I decided to book tours through them for my 50th birthday trip in Cabo and the group started out with about 10 and grew to 30! As more people joined and complicating airport transfers,Cabo San Lucas Tours was so accommodating! And every single tour exceeded our expectations BY FAR!!! BTW, we did the Yo Ho Ho Pirate Dinner Cruise, City Deluxe Shopping Tour and Jungle Booze Cruise!

We rented a boat for a 40th birthday party and had 23 people attend. The boat staff was very welcoming and immediately made us feel at home on the boat. The boat was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We did a half day boat tour and got to go too many different areas. We were able to see whales, went to the Arc and then parked and were able to swim and go onto the beach. We did the open bar which was great for our group and also had snacks. I would highly recommend if you have a big group and want an activity to be out on the water.
