Great experience. Front desk was consistently friendly and helpful, especially for first time Mexico visitors. Property seems to be managed very well, from housekeeping to other services. Location is directly on a private beach. Concierge can set up certain beach activities on-site. Spa was a terrific experience and value. Pool and jacuzzi area are monitored by security at all times.

Safety and privacy are taken very seriously - there is a policy for wristbands to be worn at all times for resort guests.

Other guests have noted that the beds are very firm (true, and didn’t bother us). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have tile showers and good water pressure. The fridge and microwave were unexpected and certainly helpful. Rooms also have a ceiling fan.

Seems tough to beat in this price range. Fully recommended!

Professional, knowledgeable staff, perfect location, clean rooms. Hopes of a decent hotel on my first trip to there were fulfilled. Security placed in strategic locations throughout the property to make you and your family feel safe. It was 98% perfect. Only negative I can come up with was not enough other businesses within walking distance. Great place- my kids and I will be going back.

The mattresses were extremely hard. ? Staff was great. Pool bar was nice, direct access to the beach.

Beautiful place right in front of the beach. No bugs or stench in the room everything was spotless. The poos are really nice with a bar next to them and a restaurant next door.

The exterior is super nice and clean, and for the most part the hospitality staff is all friendly and try their best to communicate with you, HOWEVER per previous review from other guest... security is ridiculous!!! I do understand the concern for safety but it's like they set out and look for people with the wristbands to harass.... every where you walk there is a ninja security waiting to ask you for the wrist band. My husband lit a cigarette out on the sand parking lot outside and before we knew it we had 2 security guards asking us to come to the lobby... but not in English. We were confused at what was happening. Then we were asked to leave stating they allowed no smoking any where on the premisis... we were in shock! Like wow were being asked to leave for smoking a cigarette!!! But to be honest it was probably better!! We wound up staying across the way at another non resort non wristband needing place. It was super nice! Way more accommodating, with reasonable security so we will felt safe on the premisis!!! Not worth the money to be harrased every where you go. Spend less elsewhere and actually enjoy the stay without stalker security every corner.

I did like a lot the resort but will add a shower closer to the entrance/exit of the Beach to wash the sand on you! The restaurant is delicious so definitely coming back!!

Very rude customer service ???? and they didn't have running water. And at the restaurant they were still serving food . I don't know how when they didn't have water that day. And the toilet in the restaurant was filthy. . It's very sad because they have very good location to get to the beach ⛱️
