We stayed here the weekend of May 14th through 16th 2021 and it was fantastic. We were able to back up right to the beach. The spots aren’t huge, but everyone kept to themselves without bothering you. The building at the entrance contains bathrooms and indoor showers, plus the main office, and a very small camp store. There’s also outside showers to wash off the sand and salt water. The ocean water was a great temperature, not too hot but not too cold. Very easy to get right in to. We parked on Friday afternoon and didn’t move our van until we left on Sunday morning. Everything you need is within walking distance. Right outside the campground on the street is a small convenience store. On the beach there’s vendors selling everything from food and drinks to souvenirs and sun hats. We only ate in a restaurant once, and it was a very short walk down the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Best RV spot in PP if you don't need hook ups. Great value and walking distance to most things.

Top Spot! 15 US$/night, dry Camping.
Hot Showers, clean Toilets, dump station. perfect place to stay just in front of the beach.

If you don't need hookups, this place is great, they do have water, dump stations, as well as showers, and wifi in the office, friendly people, good location!

There is no better way to spend the winter months, than boondocking at this rv park. Edgar and his family run a top notch park. It's safe, its affordable and Edgar only allows reputable businesses to come into the park to take care of you. (Custom painting, detail work on both trucks and rigs, custom cabinets, you name it) Edgar has water delivery, portable dump station and propane delivery. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and you can’t beat the price or view. fyi if you’re setting up a tent, the ground is really hard for stakes.
