This pet-friendly boutique hotel was a dream for our first stay in Puebla City! We stayed here for over a week and learned that it was recently remodeled by the new owners. Estefania went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. (For instance, she gave our dog, Laska treats and food/water bowls when we arrived.) Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking Av. Juarez. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again!

Quite place to stay in spite of being located at the Av. Juarez.

To get in, you need to get authorisation from the owner using a smart bell located on the main door, this is very a frustrating when you arrive late because sometimes the owner is not available.

The illumination in the room is poor and the beds are too firm.

The entertainment in the telly is good.

There are a lil fridge in the rooms, a small table with chairs and a small drawer with some dishes and cutlery.
