Limos Cocina has now taken over as my favorite restaurant in Puebla. I lived in Barcelona for time, and my boyfriend’s family is from there and good lord it felt so good to eat some traditional Catalan dishes!!! We loved it so much we chose to spend our anniversary there! And I’m quite the critic when I comes to lamb chops, and these were off the charts - ordered them both times we’ve been! All my table manners seemed to slip away as I ate those delicious chops!!

Limos me sorprendió. El local esta decorado con muy buen gusto y el servicio es muy atento. Soy de Barcelona, conozco bien la gastronomia española, y he de decir que la calidad de los platos me pareció espectacular. Como pequeño aperitivo comí un pequeño plato de berengena, que resultó  delicada y con muchos matices, preludio de la calidad del resto de la comida. La versión de patatas bravas del xef és de las mejores que he provado nunca. I la fideuà estava muy rica, con un sabor a marisco perfecto. Me hubiese gustado probar mas platos, y me declaro fan del xef Pepe, no tengo ninguna duda que és uno de los mejores cocineros españoles en mexico, elegante, perfeccionista y con mucho dominio de los sabores y texturas.
