We asked for a table for 4, but they took too long to serve us. Literally two more tables came and left before we were served our meals. The attention was slow and even somewhat hostile from an person with a shirt and no uniform, who "explained" to us that our dishes were more elaborate and therefore took longer to be served, but we asked for the same dishes as other tables and we were served slower that them.

When we finally received our meals, the meat was raw (check the photos), and even when we asked them to cook more the meat again, it was still raw (that's why they have different colors, but those were still raw at the very end)

I don't recommend eating here, it's somehow expensive for what they serve, the service was VERY slow, and our meals were raw.

Ate here every morning for weeks....always tipped generously....went one Sunday morning and the restaurant was a little busy but there were still a couple of tables...the hostess was extremely dismissive and rude and told me I couldn't even sit and wait at the tables for 20 minutes...I said I understood that it is busy and that I could wait no problem. She yelled at me and shooed me away...I stayed calm and walked away. This young lady is ruining the reputation of this restaurant as the young men who are the waiters are excellent.

Top notch service with indoor and outdoor seating right on the square. They serve Mexican favorites, steaks, sandwiches. Nice place for a lunch.

Facebook told me there were some good places to eat near my hotel and I liked this one because of a lovely waiter Aldo Alonso. He quickly showed me the English menu and I took a seat crossing my fingers I’d chosen well. Indeed I had.
With the sun starting to shrink behind the cathedral and the Zocalo livening up, I ate a four cheese entree that was to die for. I really wanted a sangria but couldn’t get my message across so Aldo and I used my phone app to understand each other - no wine no sangria. So margaritas it was.as night set in the lights came up and it was beautiful. Little chilly but hey it’s January.
Aldo was the perfect waiter, coming and going as needed and with 4+ drinks I was a happy customer.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good wifi.
Thanks Aldo, you made an Australian traveller very happy.
