Great in all senses, excellent location, is in the corner of Puebla's main square.
Old building but well maintained. Very comfortable: rooms, bathrooms, mattresses and pillows in excellent condition.

We booked through booking.com and the price was great.

Definitely recommend.

A very elegant hotel with attractive interior decoration and design in a most central spot near the central Zocalo and historic cathedral of Puebla. Many interesting restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

We went to this hotel and there was no hot water and when you ran the shower water it stunk like eggs. The sink barely put out water. We paid all this money for us to pay for good service but no good experience. DONT COME HERE

Super well placed next to the Zocalo. Hôtel full of charm. Breakfast with lots of choice and best of all the musicians at breakfast time.

I haven’t stayed in the hotel but I love the buffet ! Very reasonably priced. They have good coffee , a couple juices , sweet bread , fruit and a variety of other breakfast foods . There is an egg station for fresh eggs or omelets . I went today and it was very crowded,but normally it is only half full in the dinning area . I think the hotel guests get free buffet .
