Absolutely ruined our stay in Puebla. I booked this hotel for a weekend in Puebla as we had a wedding during our stay. Arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel considering it's cheap price. We were greeted by a nice man and we felt very welcome. We woke up early eager to get out and see Puebla as this was our first trip here. We counted our cash and stashed some under our clothes in our case. We have been robbed on the streets before and didn't want to risk taking too much cash. When we arrived back we counted the cash ready to change some dollars as we wanted to purchase some beautiful things at the market. It was then We realized money was missing. Panicked we check all our bags and realized it was definitely gone. It was then I checked my jewelry bag, and to my horror my gold necklace, which was my mothers was missing. We spoke to the girl on reception whom called a manager. The manger arrived 10 minutes later. We wanted to call the police but the manger didn't want the police to come until the owner came. The owner was an hour and a half away. So my husband called the police. They came swiftly. Unfortunately the security camera tapes were in a locked room and only the owner had the keys. We went to make a statement with the police. When we arrived back to the hotel the owner had arrived. He had checked the video footage and the only person who'd accessed the room was the cleaning lady. He did not apologize for what had happened and really seemed not to believe us. We had wasted a day making statements and waiting around to speak to someone who could help. I was in shock and distraught as the necklace was my mothers, irreplaceable and had great sentimental value. I will never see it again. To my horror the cleaning lady is still working there. This leads me to believe that he thought we'd made it up! Absolutely ruined our trip. I'm devastated that my necklace has gone, no money can replace it. I'm shocked at how unprofessional the owner/management were. We tried to book elsewhere as they made us feel so uncomfortable but it was Saturday, we had little money left and a wedding to attend. These are the only reason we had to stay. I had been looking forward to our trip for so long, and although it was a short one it was supposed to be special as were were attending a wedding with dear friends and family. This hotel and the lack understanding truly ruined our stay. I can only warn anyone staying there, do not let the maid clean you room! Or do not leave anything there that you care about. I have totally lost trust in people. Absolutely gutted. It does not deserve 1 star in my book!

The sheets had spots on them. Blankets were dirty covered in hair. You can not drink alcohol in your room. When the hotel was empty they placed us in the room right behind the cafe and office on the ground floor. After noticing how noise it was a few minutes after check in the clerk would not allow us to change rooms even though we went there to catch some rest and upstairs rooms are the same price. People were banging on the front doors to be let in after 11pm, didn't help with falling asleep.We were woken up at 7am to all the noises of the cafe and office. The water was out in the morning so after my morning routine the toilet could not flush and had to deal with a stinky room. Beautiful Puebla building. Besides that it was terrible

Price quality is a decent hotel, hotel building looms good too and decent breakfast - however, cold at night and room doors are made of glass so light enters all night, plus noise of cars etc

Amazing person at reception. Room is good, bed was great for me ! Much noise from street til 12 and from 5h30 am. Very small boiler so couldnt wash my hair or take my time there... No hair dryer wich is a problem when its 10 degrees outside in morning. Recepion couldnt give me one... Very cold in room all night. I used candles and blocked the air from door with my scarf and a towel. Yes there is this light from outside main door, i slept with a mask (and plugs of course)... No cable on tv; nothing to look at really...

Very nice hotel. Tasty breakfast. Allow to enter with my kid ????. Great place.

The price is good compare with the other hotels on the area and is clean

Simple and barebones. No great luxuries, just a place to leave your stuff take a quick shower and a decent night sleep.
