Good location for center of town, good clean rooms, helpful friendly staff. Not the best room I have ever stayed in regarding size, and the fluctuations in the hot water of the shower were a bit awkward. Also, no Aircon or fan, (this didn't affect us as the weather was just right), but very clean and comfortable and perfect at the price.

Convenient to the historical center and the Amparo Museum. The staff is friendly and efficient. A breakfast of fruit and cake is provided with a choice of coffee or tea. The Wifi worked well in my room. The rooms are quite noisy. You can hear everything that is going on inside the adjoining rooms. I had neighbors who blasted the TV all night and another who snored loudly. The bed has no mattress, only a box spring, so it's not very comfortable. No hot water for showering.

During the first day of our stay, people have entered our room although we had put up the "do not disturb/do not clean" sign. They had searched our bags and stole all the money they could find. An equivalent of 150 euros.

When we told the staff about this, they were very unhelpful. They didn't want to check with those who have access to the master key, didn't want to check the security cameras and didn't want to call the police for us.

When we returned with the tourist police, it was easy to see that this was not the first time that they needed to have this talk. They said that if we wanted them to check the security cameras, we needed to sue them.

We left immediately.
DO NOT STAY HERE, they don't have an option to store your values and it's not safe to leave them in your room! And they don't care at all about your security!

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms for an affordable price. The hotel has a noise curfew and is really secure, as they keep the front door locked and ask which room you are when you return. The staff are also really friendly and helpful

The room was good, but I didn't like, that the walls are so thin (could hear the neighbours so loud until late night), and that the shower didn't really had hot water. Location is good though. Staff is very Friendly

The place was clean and cozy, the price was fair. It includes a small "breakfast" (coffee, some fruit and a slice of bread). Highly recommend

Nice place with very cheap costs, not recommended for family trips (so much adult sounds during the night you know what I mean...), breakfast and also is on downtown.
