No breakfast, coffee machine in room broken, not replaced, ran out of kleenex, no ice when asked for some, reception not friendly, no fans or air cond, food disappoints. Expensive breakfast attendees friendly, recommend stay elsewhere.

It's a nice hotel but they don't really have "hot" water....it's more like barely warm....for a hotel, I am expecting at least hot water for my shower...I mean, even a holiday inn has hot water.

Besides that, everything else was great

This hotel was extremely noisy. Karaoke at night Thursday and Friday was so loud I could hear it with earplugs on the third floor. Saturday there was a wedding with loud TRUMPET well past 1 a.m.

Bar has erratic hours and drinks are very expensive. Beds have small uncomfortable mattresses and huge stiff pillows. Pool does not have much sun and no towel service.

Business travelers would be well advised to look elsewhere if they want a good night's sleep.

Also there was NO hot water in the shower.

Room service is advertised to be until 1 a.m.. but noone answered the phone when I called at 10:45 even though there was a wedding going on in the main restaurant. Very frustrating.

Excellent location and staff, unfortunately very tired looking and in need of urgent update. I was very dissaponted about cleanliness, the same piece of rubbish stayed in the bathroom for my whole 13 day stay! Also they never scrub around shower, such a shame.

Service sucks, you pay for something, they don't respect it, pool cold and dirty, I could hear every single noise in the next room, I asked for another and they gave me one worst, the water at the shower was cold, the food was bad and expensive, my shampoo bottle was empty when they gave the room, and the towels with dust, the safety box was broken, TV control broken too, the room was dirty and with mosquitos... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Just don't stay there...

The rooms are small the restrooms are tiny and the rooms do not have climate control. The bar has plenty of liquor but a bartender who doesn't know how to make a drink. The margaritas were 2 for 1 but the first one is so bad you don't want the second one.

Good points is the what they call a continental breakfast, it is actually a full fledged breakfast with made to order omelets, quesadilla and sopes. The staff in the breakfast area is very attentive.
