The hotel has been shut down, do not book in this hotel. Use the one at downtown. But if you want something near FINSA.... NH is not an option

Our stay here was lovely! Clean and modern rooms, fantastic staff, large showers, and delicious food. In-room dining was prompt and tasty. The pool is lovely, with a lot of sun in the morning when we were there. The staff speak both English and Spanish and were very helpful. Great views of the city from our room. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is kind and helpful. The pillows are good, and the mattress even better. The room is well lit. The food as quite good, albeit there's not too much variety at lunch or dinner.

What a great hotel! Not central, but perfect if you are passing through Puebla or visiting nearby for work. Lovely rooms, great service, nice little bar, and great restaurant.
