Worst experience!
They gave us room with no windows and AC didn't work.
They refused to change room and staff was rud!!

Is very clean but they need air conditioning and a elevator. Very good location

Very comfortable, very clean and cozy place. Wifi was working just great. Location is perfect. The parking is in a few blocks away from the hotel, but you shouldnt worry - stuff will help you with that, you can just leave your car near the front door. Just remember to ask for a room with a window.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this one is definitely worth it.
First of all, they asked me to leave my passport as a deposit for the AC remote control, which seemed ridiculous, so I just used the fan instead.
Secondly, on my last day I asked if I can vacate the room and leave my luggage at the reception and go for a walk, to which they agreed without mentioning any specific time for me to come back for it. I came back later on and asked to take something from the bag, which again was met without any issues. However, when I returned once again to put my laptop back in the bag as it started to rain heavily, the older lady at the reception insisted that I should take all my bags and leave immediately. I really needed just half an hour more to have dinner before I leave, but she was adamant, so I had to take all my luggage to cafe in the heavy rain. Honestly, I wouldn’t complain if that happened at some cheap place, but at the hotel like this you expect better attitude from the staff. It’s kind of sad that your stay at a nice place like this can be ruined by lack of proper communication from personnel. Will definitely not stay here again.

Very well located, nice room, smiling personel at the reception, very clean, freebee coffee, apple, cookies in the morning.

The air conditioner doesn't go lower than 16 Celsius which makes the room hot
