I always stay here when I'm passing through Puebla, mostly because it's convenient to the bus station CAPU, it's internally quiet compared to other hotels, and it's economical, about 18 dollars a night. However, this time I have two complaints, 1. The maid barged into my room without knocking(good thing I wasn't naked!) And 2. From the bathroom, there was a constant strong odor of sewage that could even be smelt at the bed with the bathroom door closed. Update 2022: the price is now 25 dollars a night, but no more sewage smell. However, the wifi was not working on the second floor.

This hotel is very affordable with restaurants at the location and restaurants across the street and a 24-hour gas station where you can buy pretty much everything. Also it is very safe here not as bad as New York City.

Overall a clean, quiet place. There is not accommodations for a person in wheelchair. Other than that fair enough for a good night sleep.

It is a very nice place, the rooms are clean and also with a lot of space, but the bathroom is a little bit small.

Within walking distancr of the main bus station even with luggage. It's simple and economical. Clean and comfy beds. There is a restaurant.

Bad recepcionist, bad service, terrible rooms, you can hear everything in the hotel
